Onvo started out as a supplier of finished control systems. Along the way we built something bigger: our own controller, our own framework and a complete operating system for building automation. Today we put all our effort into making that platform as good as possible – and let our partners do what they do best: deliver to property owners.
Local first
A building should keep working even when the internet doesn't. That's why all control runs in the controller, and the cloud is an add-on – never a requirement.
The owner decides
The keys to a site belong to whoever owns it. Every user and unit has its own encryption keys, and commands must be signed by the owner.
One platform all the way
The same code base – NilaCore – runs in the controller, on the server and in the browser. That makes the system predictable, fast to develop and easy to maintain for many years.
Partners build on it
We make the technology. Installers and building automation companies make the installations – and can package their solutions as apps in NilaStore.
